The Midlands Young Fashion Designer Awards (MYFDA) is back, placing the spotlight on some of the most outstanding and emerging fashion designers from Birmingham and the Midlands. MYFDA is a platform created for fashion designers to showcase their creativity and talent while at the same time gaining them the exposure they deserve.

Taking centre stage at this year’s show are new and established fashion designers, fashion students, and graduates who will be vying for the prestigious title, Midlands Emerging Fashion Designer of the Year - Best Haute Couture Designer, Best Evening Wear Designer and Best Ready to Wear Designer.

Join us for an evening of stunning fashion and networking at the MYFDA Fashion Showcase which will feature a series of high profile fashion shows putting the spotlight on some of the Midlands most outstanding fashion designers to fashion industry professionals, fashion enthusiasts and the general public.

The MYFDA Fashion Showcase will take place on Saturday 24th October 2009 at the Novotel Hotel, Broad Street, Birmingham. Enjoy being one of the first to see some of the most innovative Spring/Summer 2010 fashion collection from designers across the Midlands region.

The evening starts at 6.00pm with a pre show VIP reception and buffet until 7.00pm. Doors open 7.15pm followed by the fashion showcase and awards at 8.00pm until late. The evening is a must; mingle with fashion professionals, the fashion conscious and guests from across Birmingham and the Midlands region at this stylish event.
